Earlsdon Carnegie Community Library, ECCL, is a registered charity and is managed and run entirely by volunteers.

Not only are we the visible heart of Earlsdon, we are the last safe space where people can access public computers, browse books or simply spend time with us. We are very proud to be registered with the Warm Welcome Campaign. To find out more and make a donation Click HERE

We believe our value in reaching out to the community is immeasurable. Now registered as a ‘Warm Welcome’ we are the safe space where you can meet a friend, join a group or access a computer free of charge. Oh – and you can borrow a newly purchased book!
